Lung plague (Pneumonic Plague ICD9 020.5)
Diagnosis :
pneumonia from bacterial or other Pneumococci.
Cause:
Yersinia pestis.
The laboratory diagnosis:
Be careful about storage security tint g sputum culture and food culture in general.
Incubation:
about 2-3 days.
Transmission:
the droplet spread easily from walking and breathing things that just new pathogen contamination.
Incidence:
a complication of bubonic plague symptoms, lymph node (See plague lymph node) or may be infected first.
Treatment:
drugs with streptomycin tetracycline or chloramphenicol.
Control:
Separation patients retain more stringent.
The disease experience:
7 days to retain a separate search and chemical protection.
